Position:

Certified Scrum Product Owner

Description:

Client is looking for a Houston, Texas based seasoned Scrum Certified Product Owner to help gather the requirements, ring fence the MVP, write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria, and more importantly work with Business SMEs in whiteboarding sessions to gather requirements.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 7+ years’ work experience as a business analyst or project manager.
-Scrum Product Owner certification required (CSPO Certification must).
-Sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through on actions—including flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
-Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely (verbal and written) across functional and technical departments.
-Capacity to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, handle conflicting demands, prioritize workload, and delegate effectively while maintaining high quality standards.
-Ability to work across swim lanes and deliver results.
-Expertise in rapidly understanding the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
-Stakeholder management skills to facilitate change delivery in a busy working environment with competing priorities.
-High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
