What You’ll Do:

  • Recruitment Rockstar:

Lead the charge in attracting top talent! You’ll interview and hire qualified candidates, organize exciting onsite hiring events, and engage with agencies to bring the best to our team.

  • Employee Relations Advocate:

Be the voice of our employees! Administer company policies, assist in investigations, and ensure compliance while maintaining organized employee files and insightful HR reports.

  • Compensation and Benefits Champion:

Oversee performance reviews and manage our rewarding recognition programs. Collaborate with operations and payroll to ensure our employees are compensated accurately and fairly.

  • Engagement Enthusiast:

Foster open communication and collaboration across all levels. You’ll coordinate our Employee Opinion survey and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

  • Safety Supervisor:

Keep our workplace safe and compliant! Monitor OSHA regulations, prepare safety reports, and oversee the ID badge process to ensure everyone feels secure.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • A passion for effective communication and a knack for building relationships at all levels.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and early mornings as needed.

This role typically involves a professional office environment with regular sitting, standing, and walking.

Salary Range: Starting salary between $68,700 - $91,600 per year, commensurate with experience.
