Seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Specialist in El Centro, CA, to oversee clinical teams supporting children in DHS custody at federal facilities. Responsibilities include supervising Child Well-Being Specialists, providing clinical guidance, managing complex cases, and coordinating with federal partners. Lead staff development, improve protocols, and ensure trauma-informed, child-centered care in a high-stress environment. Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field, active license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LP), and at least 5 years of post-licensure experience in child development, trauma-informed care, and clinical evaluations. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare or social services is needed. Bilingual preferred.
