They need a National Facilities Manager to oversee their facilities located in Nebraska, West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, Missouri and Arkansas. Their client base is large. This is a new position for this company so you will be able to create it from scratch.
The position will oversee the equipment & spare parts program across all sites and oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facilities.
Experience with CMMS is important and experience with machinery like HVAC, Fans, Water Systems, Temperature Sensors, Feeders, Actuators etc.
