Description Job Title: Post Production Coordinator Location: Onsite - Culver City, CA (5 days/week) Department: Scripted Post Production Contract Duration: Through October 2025, with potential for full-time conversion Pay Rate: $25-30/hour Position Overview A leading global streaming studio is seeking a Post Production Coordinator to join its US Scripted Post Production team. This role supports two Post Production Executives in managing approximately 20-30 scripted series and will be part of a high-performing team overseeing about 90 active projects across the year. The ideal candidate has a few years of hands-on experience coordinating post workflows for scripted content and is eager to bring strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to a fast-paced studio environment. Key Responsibilities + Support two Post Executives in managing communication between production teams and the studio + Maintain and update internal systems including calendars, distribution lists, and tracking databases + Coordinate the delivery of assets from third-party productions to the studio + Track and manage post-production schedules, budgets, bids, and vendor information + Schedule and manage calendars for post executives + Ensure documentation, summaries, and asset libraries are current and organized + Liaise with teams across production, localization, mastering, marketing, and streaming operations + Support cost-tracking systems and budget oversight, including use of Move Magic + Utilize tools such as Airtable, PIX, Flow Capture, and Excel for workflow management Requirements Qualifications + 2-5 years of post production coordination experience, ideally within scripted television + Comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent titles + Experience working on studio or network-level scripted series + Must be LA-based and available to work onsite full time in Culver City + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Familiarity with Airtable, PIX or Flow Capture, and budgeting tools like Move Magic + Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership + Embodies key leadership traits including ownership, curiosity, customer obsession, and trust-building + Experience with titles from major streaming platforms is a plus, but not required Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
