The Role

We're hiring a hands-on RevOps Analyst who lives and breathes revenue operations. You’ll work onsite in Denver with our team to build systems that drive revenue clarity and execution. If you love solving puzzles, creating order out of chaos, and translating strategy into systems, let’s talk!

This role is in person and will start at 20/hrs per week with opportunity to increase with project assignments.

Requirements:

• Past experience in one of the backgrounds (or similar roles): B2B Sales, B2B Marketing, B2B Customer Success, RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps or CXOps.
• HubSpot Admin experience

Responsibilities

• Audit, organize, and clean up HubSpot CRM data and processes
• Build workflows, scoring models, sequences, dashboards, and reporting
• Customize objects, pipelines, and properties for marketing, sales, and service teams
• Partner with clients to define lifecycle stages, SLAs, and lead management logic
• Run in-person working sessions with our team
• Document and train teams on the systems you build

What You Bring

• CRM experience across multiple hubs
• Data Analysis Experience
• Proven ability to build systems in messy environments
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• RevOps knowledge: funnel stages, GTM metrics, lead routing, etc.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, Clay and/or sales engagement tools like Apollo or Smartlead
