Our diverse range of program areas and career paths offer exciting opportunities for adventurers like you to embark on a thrilling professional journey.Learn more about Nissan's future here: are currently looking for a Senior Fixed Operations Manager to join our team in Northern California.A Day in the Life:Conducts routine dealership visits with Sales & Aftersales staff, dealership management, and Dealer Principal to assess all aspects of Aftersales operations.Provides consultative coaching and action plans geared towards improving Accessories, Parts, & Service (APS) opportunities.Identifies areas of improvement and partners with assigned dealerships to make improvements and take corrective actions to drive Customer Experience and Retention, Dealer Profitability, and Loyalty.Assesses accessories, parts, and service operations through routine contact and site visits by utilizing the 5 Mindsets approach (Convenience, Quality, Competitiveness, Transparency, and Friendliness) to build a consumer value proposition.Reviews and monitors marketing and advertising plans for dealerships and assesses current effectiveness of their efforts.Performs dealer financial statement and operational analysis to identify and recommend performance improvement opportunities in areas of process, throughput, capacity, staffing, facilities, sales effectiveness, marketing, and industry best practices.Who We're Looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.A minimum of 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience for the senior level, including at least 3 years of analytical experience in various automotive industry specialties.Prior work may be within a dealership, region, headquarters, or manufacturing facility, at the Analyst or Regional Manager level or similar.At least 2 years of experience in a dealer contact support role such as WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM, or equivalent is required for advancement to the senior level.Previous experience supervising others and in a sales capacity is desirable.More than 75% of days involve domestic travel, including overnight stays.Position requires residence within the assigned district.Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.MVR required.What You'll Look Forward to as a Senior Fixed Operations Manager at Nissan:Career Growth: Access to extensive career path options within Nissan, including international and domestic opportunities, as well as cross-departmental moves.Autonomy and Impact: You will have the autonomy to implement changes and develop your skills, with responsibility from day one to solve challenges using your unique problem-solving approach, supported by your team.Rewards: A comprehensive benefits package including medical, mental health, parental leave, retirement savings, and exclusive Nissan perks like vehicle discounts through our Employee Lease and Vehicle Purchase Programs.
