Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Watch Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our watch brand. This role is responsible for crafting and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, sales, and loyalty across all channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about timepieces, understands luxury or fashion markets, and has a strong background in brand marketing and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance market position and drive brand equity.

     
  • Define brand guidelines, tone, and messaging consistent with company values and customer expectations.

     
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.

     

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Collaborate with product development teams on new collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demand.

     
  • Monitor product performance and optimize the brand portfolio through lifecycle analysis and sales performance.

     
  • Oversee packaging, naming, and go-to-market strategies.

     

Marketing & Communications

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and experiential channels.

     
  • Work with creative teams and external agencies to produce compelling content and visuals that bring the brand to life.

     
  • Manage brand collaborations and influencer partnerships to expand brand reach.

     

Sales & Channel Support

  • Partner with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on promotions, storytelling, and in-store/online experiences.

     
  • Develop retail training materials to ensure cohesive brand presentation across all customer touchpoints.

     

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs to measure brand health, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

     
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

     
  • 5+ years of brand management experience, preferably in watches, accessories, fashion, or luxury goods.

     
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer behavior, and market segmentation.

     
  • Experience managing product launches, media campaigns, and partnerships.

     
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

     
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

     

Preferred Skills:

  • Passion for horology or prior experience in the watch industry.

     
  • Global market experience and understanding of regional branding nuances.

     
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools is a plus.
